For Guests Attending a Make-up Meeting
We sincerely appreciate your visit to the Tokyo Marunouchi Rotary Club for your make-up meeting. To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following:
• If you wish to attend a make-up meeting, please register using the form provided below.
• Kindly complete your registration by the Friday of the week before the meeting you plan to attend.
• Due to venue capacity limitations, we may need to restrict the number of make-up attendees.
• As the meal is served as a full-course menu, please note that if you leave early, you may not be able to finish your meal.
• If you need to cancel, please notify us by the day before the meeting.
• If you have any food allergies, please indicate them in the message section of the form.
